About Us

Those Europeans really do seem to have cafe culture down pat. Walk down any wide tree-lined avenue and you'll see how they're so set up with the pavement tables and huge sun-shading parasols. Afternoons can be spent in the perfectly legitimate pastime of people watching, whilst you remain coolly hidden behind your oversized dark shades. Hot cups of frothy cappuccino taste oh-so-sweet under the sunshine, as does the pure joy of knowing you have nowhere to go and nothing to do apart from sit there and soak up the atmosphere. Well us Kiwis do cafe culture pretty darn well too and you can soak it up with today's deal.

Is there anything more indulgent than having breakfast cooked for you? Probably not. The smell of freshly baked bread, crispy bacon and sizzling eggs is hard to beat first thing in the morning. Add in not having to cook it yourself and, even better, not having to wash up afterwards and that's your morning off to a fantastic start. So you could spend your $20 on a brilliant breakfast...

Or you could indulge in a spot of lunch. A huge amount of culinary flavours and influences are on offer at lunch time (11.30am - 2.30pm). There's home-made Indian Dhal; French-inspired crepes; full-on salads stuffed with roasted chicken, chorizo and juicy tomatoes; or an open steak sandwich. Vegetarians are well catered for too with baked Portabella mushrooms and vegetable fritters.

For a little pick me up, how about trying one of Arabica Cafe's famous coffees and a sweet treat? Couple all that with the trendy, modern vibe it's got going on and you have a cafe experience to rival Europe's best! As it's also fully licensed, you could enjoy an alcoholic beverage too.
